Police are trying to get fake rolex communities to pay more attention to “crimes of opportunity” through a new program called SCHARC, or South Charlotte Homeowners Against Residential Crime. The competition pits neighborhoods against each other to record the least amount of property crime over a six-month period. For the first half of 2011, Park Crossing won the competition – with four fewer car break-ins and one less residential break-in than the same replica rolex period of 2010.
